Email support.ekremapps@gmail.com and include your iOS version, device, and a short description of the issue. Do not send patient-identifiable DICOM files unless we ask and you are authorized to share them.

Import

Import a folder of DICOM files, selected .dcm / .dicom / .dic files, or a ZIP archive (deflate or stored).
AirDrop and Open In are supported for DICOM and ZIP.
.tar.bz2, .tar.gz, 7z, and RAR are not supported. Unzip to a folder or a standard ZIP first.

Privacy of your studies

Studies are stored on your device. We do not run a cloud archive. See the Privacy Policy.

Pro, subscriptions, restore

Pro unlocks unlimited exams, MPR/MIP, export, advanced measurements, and Face ID app lock.
Buy and restore through your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchases in the paywall if you reinstall.
Cancel auto-renew in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refund requests go through Apple.

Medical use

The App is not a medical device and must not be used for primary diagnosis. Details are in the Terms of Use.

Delete data

Delete exams in the library, or use Delete All Exams in Settings. Uninstalling the App removes App data on the device.
